The butterfly valve is designed for use as shut-off or regulating valves for flow control in heat supply systems, water supply systems, in technological processes of food, chemical, oil and gas, pulp and paper and other industries.
Pneumatic double-acting rotary actuators PA-DA and pneumatic rotary actuators with return spring PA-SA are designed for automation of industrial valve control process with maximum torque up to 2128 Nm.
The pneumatic valve is used to change the direction, start, stop the compressed air flow in the pneumatic system depending on the external control action.
The limit switch unit is designed for visual and electrical signaling of the end positions of the valve shut-off device: valve, crane or disk gate. It is mounted on top of the pneumatic actuator surface and connected to the actuator shaft in DIN standard. The sealed box usually contains two sensors that monitor the position of the actuator shaft and signalize in extreme positions. OMRON microswitches, inductive sensors or reed switches are used as sensors. Visual indication of the position can be observed on the housing of the unit there is a 3D visual indicator RED-CLOSED and GREEN-OPEN.
The air treatment unit is designed to clean compressed air from moisture droplets and solid particles, remove condensate, automatically maintain the pressure at the preset level, supply lubricant from the tank in the compressed air flow to the elements of the pneumatic system.
