Ryde or Die, Vol. 2 is, again, a Swizz Beatz-produced compilation that sounds a lot like a video game. Whereas the crew's first LP featured DMX prominently, this one includes hardly any songs with the dog himself, Eve, or most of the original Ryders. Vol. 2 seems to be more of an opportunity for junior rhymers of the double-R, such as Yung Wun, to show their skills, and it also gives listeners a chance to hear guest appearances by favourites such as Twista, Snoop Dogg, and Scarface.
