A ball valve is used as a shut-off valve to shut off the flow of the working medium in pipelines.
The rotary pneumatic actuator is designed to automate the process of controlling industrial valves.
The limit switch box is designed for visual and electrical signaling of the final positions of the shut-off valve body: ball-check-valve, ball valve or wafer butterfly valve. Mounted on top of the surface of the pneumatic actuator and connected to the drive shaft DIN standard. In a sealed box, as a rule, there are two sensors that monitor the position of the drive shaft and signal in extreme positions. OMRON microswitches, inductive sensors or reed switches are used as sensors.
Pneumatic valves are used for control in pneumatic systems with NAMUR docking surface, for installation of valves through holes in the housing.
The air treatment unit is designed to clean compressed air from moisture droplets and solid particles, remove condensate, automatically maintain the pressure at the set level, supply lubricant from the tank in the compressed air flow to the elements of the pneumatic system.
