Pneumatic Elephant double-acting rotary actuators PA-DA and pneumatic rotary actuators with return spring PA-SA are designed for automation of industrial valves control process with maximum torque up to 2128 Nm.
The electropneumatic rotary positioner is used for controlling pneumatic rotary actuators by means of an electric controller or control system with analog DC output signal range from 4 to 20 mA.
Operating principle: The positioner functions based on the balancing of forces. The positioner uses a nozzle-flap type device and a feedback servomechanism (spring and lever system) to balance the control and feedback forces when the pneumatic actuator (valve) reaches the position corresponding to the control signal.
