Pneumatic actuator with return springs PA-SA-85 is designed for automation of the control process of quarter-turn pipeline valves. The principle of operation of the pneumatic actuator with return springs is based on the movement of the built-in piston due to compressed air, which is supplied to the system from the compressor line prepared. During operation, the cylinder piston performs a translational-rotational movement. Air is supplied from one side of the piston only, and the piston is returned by the action of a return spring. In such cylinders, the return spring reduces the forward force developed by the cylinder under the action of compressed air, and the force at the return to the initial position is determined by the stiffness and degree of compression of the spring.
