There is excellent intensity and power to the imposingly constructed medium weight plus flavors that are blessed with plenty of dry extract that renders the still firm tannic spine almost invisible on the impeccably well-balanced and palate staining finish. Not surprisingly at only 10 years of age, this is still very much on the way up and while it actually could be enjoyed now with an hour of air, I would be inclined to continue to hold it for another 7 to 10 years first. I have also tasted several other examples that have shown similarly if not quite as fresh while meriting scores of between 93 and 94 points. 95/2027+
