• Cooking Instructions: Bring 3 cups water to a boil. Add 1 cup rolled oats, cover, reduce heat, simmer for 20 minutes. If pressure cooking cook for 30 minutes.
• Kilned Oat products are shelf stable for up to a year when stored in a cool dry place.
